Returns and Refunds Policy

We only accept returns or process refunds for defective items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact form, providing details and a photo of the defective product. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email, within a reasonable timeframe, if a refund or replacement is applicable. If eligible, we will issue a replacement or refund the purchase price using your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to exchange it, please email our customer support team with a description of the issue. We will be happy to offer store credit for your exchange.
